This picture is loosely based around a particular pandanus tree at a particular spot. It’s a quiet little surf beach I go to occasionally. It’s a 40 minute walk in, and as such you don’t see many other people there. This painting was more about me being nostalgic and reliving some moments, rather than indulging any painting whim. That being said, there’s always something super cool painting-wise to grab my attention. The light being the main one :D
